Quality Officer - Laboratory
As a Quality Officer, you are responsible for the quality control of incoming raw materials and support the quality department head. You work closely with colleagues from the quality, production, and technical departments and maintain external contact with customers, suppliers, transporters, and certification bodies.
Main Tasks:
- Incoming raw material inspection: Administrative preparation, driver reception, documentary control, and sampling.
- Sample analysis: Assessment of color, shape, size, and smell, and recording and entering results.
- Complaint management: Following up on complaints from suppliers and customers.
- Purchase contracts: Checking and entering contracts in Operra and planning new deliveries.
- Quality Assurance: Assisting with certification, customer, and internal audits, maintaining supplier information and data.
- Training: Organizing HACCP, Food defense, and Food fraud training for employees.
- Safety and Environment: Contributing to compliance with safety instructions and environmental procedures, reporting incidents, and considering energy and waste management.
Additional Tasks:
You support sample sorting, storage, and maintenance of various quality and production databases and serve as a backup for quality officers in the laboratory. You are also a member of the HACCP team.
