Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing safety policies: You optimize our prevention policies and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
• Raising awareness: Through regular consultations with management, supervisors, and employees, and via tools like toolbox meetings, you foster a strong safety culture.
• Analysis and reporting: You conduct risk assessments, prepare reports, and manage the necessary administration.
• Training and coordination: You organize safety training, workplace inspections, and audits. Incident analyses are also a key part of your responsibilities.
• Independent working style: You act objectively and autonomously in the interest of safety and well-being within the company.

You are a strong individual who easily navigates between strategy and execution. You possess:

• A Prevention Advisor Level 2 diploma, complemented by a technical education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar role (required).
• Basic knowledge of environmental legislation (a plus).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills: you identify opportunities, make decisions, and act decisively.
• Team spirit: you enjoy working with colleagues and know how to inspire others.
• Resilience: you remain calm and focused, even in challenging situations.
• Thorough knowledge of current safety and well-being regulations.
• You are responsible for the Roeselare and Zeebrugge sites.
