- Developing and implementing safety policies: You optimize our prevention policies and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Raising awareness: Through regular consultations with management, supervisors, and employees, and via tools like toolbox meetings, you foster a strong safety culture.
- Analysis and reporting: You conduct risk assessments, prepare reports, and manage the necessary administration.
- Training and coordination: You organize safety training, workplace inspections, and audits. Incident analyses are also a key part of your responsibilities.
- Independent working style: You act objectively and autonomously in the interest of safety and well-being within the company.
